Cycling against cancer! The 1000km is an annual cycling peloton with thousands of participants, the proceeds of which go to scientific cancer research. The concept is simple: any team that collects 5,500 euros can participate in the 1000 km. As Democo Group, we support the participation of several teams every year!
Relay for Life is the solidarity movement of the Foundation against Cancer that honors people who have or have had cancer. At the same time, it also collects money for scientific cancer research and local projects that contribute to the well-being of patients and their loved ones.

In the aftermath of the disastrous earthquake that hit parts of Turkey, we organised a fundraiser in cooperation with the City of Genk, to help the victims. In total, some 4,675 euros were collected. Many clothes, toys and hygienic materials were also collected.

At Democo Group, we place great importance on promoting diversity and inclusion, and this event aligns perfectly with our values. It was a day filled with culture, unity, and celebration, and we are proud to have contributed to it.
Democo Group and Democo Poland have jointly donated €10,000 to the mayor of Tarnowo Podgórne in Poland. This contribution has been specifically allocated to the municipality of Bardo, one of the areas most affected by the recent floods in Southwest Poland. The donation has been used to purchase essential equipment, such as drying machines and cleaning supplies, to help repair the damage and support the local community in getting back on its feet.
Democo Group sponsored the immersion trip of Hasp-O Zepperen to Madagascar, where students worked on projects related to water, the environment and health. Thanks to their efforts – and our support – a vulnerable region received practical help and a hopeful message.
